We also take great care in providing you the customer with the correct and conservative measurements in our sizing guides, however we also recognise that things can go wrong in sizing with some products.
All images on lingerie ink are as accurate as possible , there may slight color differances in some some product images that are beyond our control.
We will not exchange or give refunds for items that have been worn, washed or damaged or that have been soiled or smell of cigarette smoke or where the packaging has been damaged in anyway or missing any part of the original packaging. For faulty products, we offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. However we can not offer a complete satisfaction guarantee on our range of Lingerie and costumes, however we guarantee to bring you the customer the highest level of customer service that we can provide, we want you the customer to be happy with our products and service provided, and we will always endeavour to rectify any problems with a speedy resolution, we hope to provide you with the latest and best range of lingerie available from our wholesalers around the world.
If your product is faulty in any way, we will replace it with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product provided, Lingerie ink will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or we will provide you with a full refund for the total value of the faulty product. (see Policy For Returning Your Lingerie).
If you wish to exchange your product for something to the same value , please include a self addressed prepaid Australia Post satchel suitable for sending your replacement product in, or contact us to pay a second shipping fee. If no satchel is included with your return we will assume you will contact us to pay a shipping fee and we will wait for your contact.
If you wish to return an order for reasons other than defects, sizing problems or incorrect supply, there will be a 15% restocking charge applicable.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, (product in stock) 2 working days, if we have to order in the product within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

Your order number
Reason why you are returning the product
Your written instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
Please include the original order invoice you received with your product, this will help us with a speedy replacement of your transaction . Also, if you haven’t previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.
Policy for returning your Lingerie/Costumes
Product and manufacturer Labels are still attached to the lingerie or costumes
The product or products have not been worn (except for sizing purposes)
The Lingerie or costume has not been damaged soiled or washed
The Lingerie or costume has not been altered or changed
The Lingerie or costume is returned with the original reciept that has been supplied to you
The Lingerie or costume is in the original packaging provided, any damaged to the package will not be accepted eg torn or ripped
All the accessories provided with lingerie or costumes returned in original condition with packaging.
Please Note:
With Government health regulations we cannot offer refunds for pantyhose, stockings, body-stockings, G-strings or panties that have been opened . All Hosiery and packaged items have our own security seals, once the seal is broken, the item can no longer be returned to us.
